How does "Making the Cut" work?
"Making the Cut" follows twelve designers from around the globe as they compete to grow their fashion lines. Each week they'll be tasked with designing a "wearable" piece of fashion, made for mass consumption and sold on Amazon. The winner will take home $1 million to invest in their brand. They will also win the opportunity to create an entire fashion line on Amazon.
Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum, former "Project Runway" judges and hosts, will spearhead "Making the Cut." The two announced they would be leaving "Project Runway" in September 2018, and only recently announced their roles in the upcoming Amazon show.
