Big Mouth is an edgy adult animated comedy from real-life best friends Nick Kroll (Kroll Show, The League) and Andrew Goldberg (Family Guy) about the glorious nightmare that is teenaged puberty.

According to the trailer, season four will start out at summer camp before transitioning back to school. We'll see a new monster introduced - Tito the Anixety Mosquito. It will be an addition to the already broad cast of manifestations that includes the Hormone Monsters, the Shame Wizard, and the Menopause Banshee.

The cast includes Nick Kroll, John Mulaney, Jessi Klein, Jason Mantzoukas, Fred Armisen, Maya Rudolph, Jordan Peele, Maria Bamford, Seth Rogan, Zach Galifianakis, Paul Giamatti, Sterling K. Brown, John Oliver, Lena Waithe, Maya Erskine, and Andrew Rannells. Ayo Edebiri will replace Jenny Slate in the penultimate episode of season four.
